Supported Employment Groups


What are Supported Employment Groups?

  • Supported Employment Groups (SEP-G) are designed to place and train qualifying individuals to be successful in ongoing job assignments within community based work sites with the supportive services necessary for them.

What Training is Offered:

  • Assessment of job skills

  • Work placement and work skills training

  • Counseling

  • Coordination with other agencies

  • Preparation for referral to the Individual Placement Program

  • Follow Along Services

Who Do We Serve?

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Intellectually / Developmentally disabled

  • Multiple disabilities

  • Autistic

  • Ambulatory and non-ambulatory

  • Ability to attend to basic self-care needs
