What is behavior Modification / Management?

  • Our programs assist disabled individuals to the fullest extent possible in decreasing inappropriate behavior so that they can reach a level of self-responsibility

  • We provide person-centered guidance to decrease unseemly behavior to allow clients to integrate successfully into the community

  • Behavior Modification provides direct services with a staff to client ratio of 1 to 6

  • Behavior Management provides direct services with a staff to client ratio of 1 to 3

What type of services does behavior modification / management offer?

  • Modify inappropriate behavior

  • Provide individual service planning

  • We help our consumers reach individually tailored goals

  • We participate in community integrated activities, social training, vocational training, and paid-work activities

Who are our clients?

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Intellectually / Developmentally disabled

  • Dually diagnosed (those who are intellectually / developmentally disabled and mentally ill)

  • Autistic

  • Ambulatory and non-ambulatory
