What is behavior Modification / Management?
Our programs assist disabled individuals to the fullest extent possible in decreasing inappropriate behavior so that they can reach a level of self-responsibility
We provide person-centered guidance to decrease unseemly behavior to allow clients to integrate successfully into the community
Behavior Modification provides direct services with a staff to client ratio of 1 to 6
Behavior Management provides direct services with a staff to client ratio of 1 to 3
What type of services does behavior modification / management offer?
Modify inappropriate behavior
Provide individual service planning
We help our consumers reach individually tailored goals
We participate in community integrated activities, social training, vocational training, and paid-work activities
Who are our clients?
Must be at least 18 years of age
Intellectually / Developmentally disabled
Dually diagnosed (those who are intellectually / developmentally disabled and mentally ill)
Autistic
Ambulatory and non-ambulatory
